This is an enterprise nightmare, we don't have man power to run/remote to every PC just to remove the software. Based on the fact that our users use all available software with a degree of variation between them I don't see any other option but look for MSI for each and individual product and build seperate uninstallers.
It gets worse with deployment packages through AUSST. Once deployed a package you cannot just add another package on top of it (if you need to install another product) as it will error out and fail install. So if you want add another application you have to remove all software, build another package which includes new software and deploy it again.
Seriously this beyond hillarious
