Hi GinaD,
Please try these steps to fix the issue.
Login to Admin Account and reserialize the Muse CC using the prov.xml.
Now login back to the Student account and before launching Muse CC please give Admin rights on (Adobe) folder in these locations also make the Admin as the owner on (Adobe) folder and then try to launch Muse CC.

/Library/Application Support
