Its unfortunately that there is not service that allows CC Application manager to download the applications locally. I often think that Corps such as this forget that there are 3rd world countries with limited bandwidh 
I personally work out of South Africa, Bandwidth is expensive and we conserve it where we can.
Anyways, thanks again for your feedback it was far the most useful feedback.
