I recently tried to remove a few unused licenses from our team account, but was unable to do so online. After multiple tries (on hold several times for more than 20 minutes, on chat with unresponsive agents), I finally got ahold of a customer service agent via chat (Kumar).
He was able to cancel my membership, which took about 30 minutes of messaging back and forth, but wasn't able to extend a refund for our unused licenses, which was billed last week on August 18. This has been a super frustrating experience, for what should be super easy for a creative manager - adjusting software needs on the fly.
Can you help with this? Is there a better way to do this in the future? Is there any way to get a refund for this unused month that I've been billed for in advance?
