I tried again just now. I am on creative.adobe.com/team/admin/... using the link CCP (Mac).
The file I get when I download has the created date 19.06.2013, same as I have downloaded over and over and is version 1.0.
When I try to use it to update my install packages it tells me I need at least 1.4 to do that. So the problem presists, I get to get hold of 1.4.
I am in Iceland, 28 prepaid CC licenses and I am the admin. I hope you can point me to a download of 1.4.
