Thank you for the update. We have tried to let users create Adobe ID and login, but they still couldn't use Muse, because the Adobe ID needs to be linked with the license, not ANY Adobe ID. Users get "You don not have subscription to Adobe Muse" message. Therefore, "... or have them create an Adobe ID to login and use the app" just doesn't work.
