Just another update.
I built a Windows 7 SP1 VM this afternoon and installed CCP 1.4. Built a new trail package (Just Photoshop x86) letting re-download all contain again. and I managed to get that installed on the same machine. Just recreating the Full package again now(x64) and will test to see if that works. Fingers Crossed!
