Updating AUSST 2.0 to 3.0

Hi,

Is there a guide to updating AUSST from 2.0 to 3.0? Is it a simple case of running the 3.0 commands?

I'd like not to screw with what I have already set up and have working.

Also is it only possible to update CC apps using AUSST 3.0?
