VacavilleIT do you have a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise account?  If so then I would recommend scheduling a session with our Expert support.  You can find details on how to set up a session at Creative Cloud for enterprise Help | Enterprise Dashboard.  You will want to choose the deployment option to discuss the details of how to ensure the Adobe applications are given sufficient permissions to run under your current User accounts.
