I purchased the Creative Cloud Student version in January and was using it without issue for a few months. About a month ago my computer stopped syncing to the Creative Cloud. I would sign in with my Adobe ID and password and both would be accepted but the icon at the top of my screen would still show that the Cloud was not synced. I continued using the Creative Suite programs and was able to use my cloud space with the drag/drop feature from the web version. However, recently when I try to start any of my Adobe programs I am told that I need to licesnse them and am prompted again to sign in with my Adobe ID and password. Because nothing is syncing I am no longer able to use any of my Adobe programs. Is there a way I can reset my connection or license my programs so that they are usable? As of now I am continuing to pay monthly for this service and can't open a single Adobe Program on my computer.
