Re: Creative Cloud throwing 205 and A12E5 errors

We have no access restrictions. Only a proxy server set, like in EVERY school or enterprise.

The fact is we are CC users.

BEFORE :

> We had about 250 education licences for the CS6 Master/Premium/standard (depending of our department).

> To create our masters (OSX environment), we used to download all packages (CS6 std, premium, master) on the Licensing Website, then we used AAMEE 3.1 to create an install package already activated.

NOW :

> We have a CC licence for education, for an unlimited number of machines (PC or MAC)

> We have red all help file availables, checked in our account page, and came to conclusion that :

1- the only available package to download in our Account page (Licensing Website) is CCP (Creative Cloud packager)

2- the CC applications (photoshop, illustrator, etc) are NOT available for download

3- it is CLEARLY said (see previous post) in the Adobe help pages that former AAMEE users should use CCP now

> BUT We have a big problem: we can't use CCP because of the error A12E5 : When installing CCP, the monitoring of the ethernet activity shows that the CCP installer downloads data (ethernet traffic climbic up to 100mbit for 1 minute) then an error message appears with code "A12E5".

This is not a problem of download... Since it downloads something during 1minute at 100Mbit/s on our fiber line (speed 100upload / 100download). This is a problem with CCP not compatible with high speed connexions, or i don't know what...

So the question is : what should we do ?

1) should we use AAMEE 3.1 despite the fact it is clearly said that we shouldn't.

2) if "yes" where do we get the CC packages (photoshop , Acrobat, etc etc) ? Do we have to use the Trial installers available freely, to build our package using AAMEE ?

The fact is we have about 300 Mac that will be dupplicated using the multicast technology, and we NEED to have pre-activated applications...
