Serial number not accepted - CS4 Design Standard

Hi,

We have installed Creative Suite 4 Design Standard on a Windows 7 computer and all programs are running fine but prompting to activate. We have confirmed with LWS and Adobe support that we have the correct serial number but when entering it at the licensing prompt, it is not being accepted.

Can anyone please assist to advise how we can successfully activate this product?
