Apparently, it's an issue with a billing address for a company credit card. The bill goes to a post office box, but Adobe wouldn't accept an address with a PO box, and so I used the company's physical address. The problem is that the PO Box where the bill goes and the company's physical location, while in the same city, do not have the same postal code. I have resubmitted my billing information, we'll see if that solves the problem on Monday when I'll be back in my office.
