Sheena, I'm sorry I forgot to mention my last post that I did contact support, thank you. That was how I found out about the error with the billing address, and so it was assumed that was the issue, but it turns out it was not. I did manage to find the culprit after learning that my system was not a new one as I had believed. It had a previous owner who altered the Hosts file some time ago when they probably had pirated software installed on it. Cleaned out the entries in the Hosts file and everything works now.
