Welcome to Adobe forums.

You can certainly install the package on other MAC machines. Can you please check the security and privacy on MAC machine where package fails.

Go to System preferences> Security & privacy> General> Allow apps downloaded from and select Anywhere.

Initiate the package installation. Let us know the error if this fails again.
