Why would Adobe Flash Player not be working properly on my computer when I have installed it correctly multiple times?

I am trying to work on courses that require the Adobe Flash Player system and every time I try to complete something, it states that I need to install Adobe when I have done this process several times and it is for some reason NOT registering to my computer. What could possibly be the issue following this situation? I do not know what else there is I can do, I have done everything possible that I know of.
