Creative Cloud Desktop Issues in a Domain Environment

Ok, I have been all over Google and the forums here and have yet to find a solution. I'll elaborate on our ongoing issue.

 

Currently we run a mixed environment of domain and non-domain systems. All systems communicate through the same border firewall. However, CCP (Creative Cloud Packager) and CCD (Creative Cloud Desktop) only work on non-domain systems. On domain systems, we can install both apps, however after install they simply clock when starting up, or in the case of CCP, we get the error "Please Connect to the Internet and Retry". We have disabled both firewall and AV on these systems (even though both run on the non-domain systems with no issues) to no avail. Likewise, we have logged in and used a local admin account on these domain systems (to both install and execute), still with no luck. It appears as if something to do with Domain systems or Domain security is preventing these Adobe products from functioning correctly yet we have been unable to figure out what.

 

Does anyone know of, or have any experience with this issue or similar issues?
