From about January to August of 2014, Adobe had us using Kivuto/OnTheHub.com (was known as eAcademy) to grant some users work-at-home access to CC under our ETLA license. The Kivuto "store" only permitted one-year subscriptions and those are starting to expire for our first batch of users. I've been using the Dashboard to sign the users up directly with Adobe and was wondering what kind of action they need to take, if any and what they will experience. I'm not getting a lot of feedback from the first few. They are still showing up as "pending" users in the Dashboard, but I haven't gotten any calls saying they can no longer get into their CC accounts.
Has anybody else here gone through this and know what our users can expect?
