Romit - thanks for the quick reply. I just tried to deploy the package from the desktop and no joy.
An Adobe Creative Cloud app and MS Visual C++ Redistributable were installed, but no Adobe apps - except acrobat during the exceptions deployment in mode-pre.
Any other suggestions?
Does deploying a CCP package require any software other than Windows to be installed before either creating the package or deploying one?
Again, it must be something simple because the problem is so solid. Should I purchase a support plan? Is there a deployment expert that I could schedule some 1:1 support with?
Please let me know how I should go about getting my problem resolved.
