update filed update could not be applied please contact your Admin

I'm trying to install Adobe Premiere CC 8.2. I have a project on one computer that is using 8.2 but my desktop Mac will not update to CC 8.2 I've gone the direct link route and when I try to install the update, I get the error. The project from Adobe Premiere CC 8.2 won't open using Premiere 8.0 and the Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't see this update. Any suggestions?Image may be NSFW.
