Our university is currently negotiating a contract with Adobe for Creative Cloud but this might take some time. In the interim, users still need to purchase licenses for themselves and for labs. I have the following questions, if we purchase device licenses and set up an Admin Console to manage them, can those licenses be moved to the university console when and if there is one? Second, can an individual license be assigned to another user if the original user leaves the university or doesn't need it any longer? Thanks.
