Hi Margaret,
1. Delete the SLstore from locations below and run the license file again.
WIN: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
MAC: HD>library>application support>adobe>SLstore
2. Please run the adobe serialization file on the system. That will resolve trial register screen issue.
