Anything else to try on Windows 7? I still think the error is in your packager. If I rename the Set-up.dat to Set-up.exe for the individual product caches and run it there are no issues. Is there a command-line option for the Set-up.exe so I can create a batch to install the cache packages? Is there a direct link to download the 1.1 packager as there appear to be issues with the 1.2 packager .msi.
