Due to security for the state, I need to be able to cusomize the adobe desktop top tools. this opition is greyed out when using your tool. So how do I stop the install of adobe desktop tools

I have built several package and can not stop the Adobe Desktop tools from installing. In the tool the option to modify the core apps is greyed out. how can I enable this option for teams
