Re: Under product when logged onto Creative Cloud nothing shows up under Products purchased.

Willie, Adobe.com only shows the products which are directly purchased from Adobe.com. As you have purchased Creative Cloud from a reseller, you wouldn't find it there on adobe.com.

 

To assign or remove the user, you need to talk to the primary admin of the team. Here is the link you can refer to  Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership
