I agree. I can't get any help. There's no chat option and no one to call on the weekends. It's as if no one at ADOBE wants to answer questions. I've read so many forum threads and the pattern is the same. ADOBE staff members are not providing answers or solutions because their are no costumers saying thank you. All I see are customers like me looking for answers, because they are confused by directions that should work and do not. Just because I did not register within 7 days then I have to deal with being lock out. It's so so so so annoying
