I've run into an issue testing the deployment of an install package for Adobe InCopy 2015 that I created using the Creative Cloud Packager for teams (assigned licenses).
I followed the recommended instructions on the help page, but I'm at a loss as to what to do now. I created a package for only one item, Adobe InCopy 2015 (and the necessary cloud components). The package appears to be created successfully as there are no errors, but when I try to test the install by running the 'setup.exe' file in the build folder, the install commences and I get the following progress bar.
At some point, my screen turns blue (my Windows 8 theme color) and the folder containing the installer files opens up. Then the bar appears completely fill up, then it will drop back down to the beginning and the progress bar will close.
InCopy 2015 is not installed on the machine, however it appears that the Creative Cloud application does install correctly.
There is no error message displayed and I cannot find any errors in the log files.
If anyone can shed any light on this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
