I just tested this on a Windows 7 x64 pc and actually got a DLM.log file which looks very similar to philadendron's one. You can downoad it here (i think, as I have not used this before):

Here is a copy of the command line that generated the DLM.log file:
C:\Users\administrator\Downloads\AUSST>AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool --root="\websites\adodeupdates\cct" --fresh
Fresh Synchronization chosen.
Folder exists at given root path! All the contents of the folder will be deleted.
Enter 'Y' to continue or any other key to exit: Y
Server not responding.
Processed 23 out of 1050 items.
Error in 3 items.
AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool returned with code: 5.
For more information refer AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.log at C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\ .
C:\Users\administrator\Downloads\AUSST>
Can someone from Adobe please review these DLM.log files and provide some advice.
