Yes. My network is managed network. But i think all of 443 and 80 port are opened. I can download all of adobe products, but it's failed in the end. I was trying to create the full package 3 times and the package building is always error and then i decided to close it. When i reopen the CCP, the error said "Ooops" comes.

 

Before i get this error, i was successfully create full package on CCP and AUSST on 3 months ago. So i decided to create the package again in the server with same network, but i use the new version of CCP on creative.adobe.com now.

 

I think the version is new because the installer icon of CCP is changed to gray one. The previous version is white right?
