Can the Welcome-screens(tutorials etc.) be disabled in the individual programs when using Creative Cloud Packager?Not the EULA/Registration, but the Welcome-screen it self. In our environment it fails...

Creative cloud packager doesn't disable product's welcome screen. You can disable them individually through preferences.
