Hi, I would advise you to log in to creative.adobe.com with your Adobe ID. Then you can view details of any plans you have under that ID, upgrade credit card etc.

As of now you can not do anything as if it CC then it will automatically stop working when it is not online for few days. If you had a serialized product then it will work till the OS is reimaged or...
