You could try using the CC packager tool.

I'm doing it this way until we install a dedicated update server. The first time you create a package it will take a while for it to download all the aps. You'll have to make two versions for PC and Mac. Also pay attention to the options in the packager because if you don't choose correctly your going to be stuck going the packager route vs. enabling Admin updates. The packager has a choice to turn off users ability to update through the CC desktop updater or make it packager only updates. I ran the packager update to get the new .01 updates and it downloaded the updates to the package. Then when I tried to install the new updated packager it froze for an hour with no updates installed. Ended up doing a full uninstall of the Packager Aps and applying the new .01 update package. I think these tools need some work, but at least there are some options you can try till Adobe increases their Teams / Enterprise user base.
