I have tried reaching out to my regional vendor in Hong Kong. They don't call or write back.
I don't need multilingual support. Dealers in this area are famous for not being very helpful or offering any deals. It took months of painful work just to get a site license of CS5 a number of years ago.
Really, all I need is a handful of licenses for a small computer lab and a few teachers. I am part of a much bigger network of international schools that are hearing me crow about how awesome Adobe is, but then they see that I'm not able to offer it to students, it leaves them scratching their heads and looking for other software. There is a very large market for Adobe here but there doesn't seem to be anyone at Adobe who is willing to talk to me to get the ball rolling.
As I said before, do I really need a local vendor if I can just subscribe with my credit card?
Is anyone out there a part of an international school? Did you set up your volume license through a vendor? Do you have any advice for me?
