Creative cloud packager creates a package and suppress EULA, registration windows automatically. Its bit different then AAMEE tool. With creative cloud packager, you don't need to locate an installer but need to select the required app and packager will generate an installer which will not prompt anything.
Please get CCP downloaded and create a package for CC app with valid enterprise serial key.
