After a year since your post and we are still in the same spot no silent uninstall is still available, Creative Cloud Packager creates the MSI but you are not able to use MSIEXEC /X Package.msi /qn neither you are able to use the registry value MsiExec.exe /X{51A7E9F7-A87F-4916-B10A-3D19C670EFF2}/qn
The registry key value for Creative Cloud application has the above key in its value to uninstall but still doesn't work.
and by the way some blogs have this as silent remover but it still doesn't work.
