I use Ghost to deploy images to lab computers. I used CCP to successfully install the creative cloud suite onto the images. When launcing an Adobe program the user is prompted with an Adobe ID login page saying it will expire in 7 days. Even if one does login, it will continue to prompt for login everytime, with the app never actually launching. It's not happening on every computer that has Adobe on it.
I contacted our Adobe Education rep about the problem and this is what he said:
There is a known issue with imaging with Ghost. Sometimes, the work around is to not include Acrobat. I would recommend not including Acrobat in the package and using the Acrobat Customization Wizard to package Acrobat (more info here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/index.html). We have significant resources looking at resolving this issue, but the easiest workarounds right now are either not including Acrobat or using the Provisioning tool to serialize on each computer. Here is more on the toolkit (APTEE): http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/provisioning-toolkit-en terprise.html
I used the Provisioning tool to serialize the computers that had the Sign in window problem and that fixed the problem. The Sign in window no longer appears and it no longer says there are 7 days left before it expires.
