Can any customer support people help? I've been sat on hold to their main UK contact number for the last 36 mins with no response.
We currently already have 2 accounts set up in Creative Cloud and tried to add a 3rd but may have accidently purchased this twice (once via the join method on http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/creativecloud.html and one via the 'add seat' method with Creative Cloud itself).
Can a customer support person please get in touch with myself ASAP just so that I can just confirm that only one purchase has gone through, rather than 2?
