What do you mean exactly by checked all port?Shouldn't it be sufficient if all inbound and outbound traffic on ports 80 and 443 is allowed?

Check with the URL's mentioned and see if they are blocked on network firewall or any other Adobe related urls or ports..

Well, it differs.Some of the URL's bringing an "access denied"-message, some ending with a blank page, some ending with an 404 error and some ending with "This webpage is not available".
