Hi iloverabbit,
Can I clarify:
You are using Creative Cloud Packager on the mac to build packages for deployment and omitting Lightroom or Scout, however package creation still fails?
You may be experiencing a different issue.
Can you please access the CCP Build log. After building a package go to the Build Log link or check at the following locations:
- Mac: ~/Library/Logs/
- Win: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp

Creative Cloud Packager 1.11 and Exit Code 7
Inicialmente fizemos o download do Adobe Creative Cloud Packager 1.11 Installer for Windows no site da Adobe LWS;
- Executamos o Packager com a opção Aplicativos de desktop da Creative Cloud para governo;
- Posteriormente fizemos a criação do pacote completo (32bits e 64bits) com todos os aplicativos disponíveis;
- Ao executar a instalação, os aplicativos são instalados na máquina até que aparece o aviso de falha na instalação e todos esses aplicativos são removidos.

RUM Requirements?
We just built out a new AUSST server & used a test box Windows 7 to see if RUM would connect & download from the local server & it worked. I then dropped the RUM application on another test box that ONLY had Acrobat DC on it & tried running it from the command line & I'm getting error 1 with no logs being created. So my questions are the following?
1. Can RUM just be dropped on any box with Adobe products on it & work?
2. Do I need to create the folder structure for the Override file? I did this on my second test box by the way and it's still not working (C:\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides)
3. I keep reading about Creative Cloud Packager we did use this initially & stripped out all the updater's, etc. when deploying out Acrobat & other CC apps. Do I need this installed on the machines too?

Fixed it!
Found the logs and noticed it was looking for some sort of DLL file. I then copied this directory to my second test machine with all its contents and it worked!

Yes, this seems to work if you just create the folder structure RUM will look in this folder for overrides

Can I switch to a different license login without reloading all my CC Apps?
The Bank I work for bought me a one year subscription to Adobe CC. It is due to run out at the end of this month. Our bank was acquired by another bank which uses enterprise-wide licensing. Can I just have my employer purchase me a license and continue to login to the Apps that are already installed on my computer?

Yes, simply log out and then log back in with the new credentials. There is no need to reinstall the software.

It was Acrobat DC causing all the headaches. If it already exists on the machine, uninstall it from the uninstaller within the DC folder. Then restart. Try install again.

Acrobat DC package fails to install
I have created a Creative Cloud Teams package to Acrobat DC 64bit. We have created other packages for other products and have not had any problems. However, every time we try to run the Acrobat DC package .msi file it starts the installation but then flashed something very quickly on the screen that you can't see and ends. No other errors are indicated. Any help as to where to look to see what is causing the problem or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Creative Cloud Packaged installer fails on OS X Sierra 10.12.3
I've been pulling my hair out on this one, so I'm posting to ask for help.
We create and deploy pkgs from our Adobe Creative Cloud Packager
app on a Mac running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6.
We make sure to update and build pkgs every 3 months or so
to keep them updated with newest patches etc.
While test deploying onto a new MacBook Pro (with USBC and Touch Bar) running OS X 10.12.3,
I am constantly getting the "The Installer has Failed, There were errors in the installation. You may want
to contact the Software Manufacturer."
Visually, I have watched the progress. It is installing the full CC suite, and it seems to hang right after it installs the
Adobe Gaming SDK. It looks like it is going successfully, but then when it gets to Lightroom, it creates the folder for it,
and the next thing I know it starts deleteing the Lightroom folder, and all other folders it put into the Applications folder
above it ( save for Adobe Gaming SDK and Acrobat DC).
Here is the install log, I hope this helps.
I am running the installer as a local Admin on the Macbook Pro and verified that GateKeeper is off, and SIP is disabled.
I have also recreated the installer twice now, and ran BatChmod on the installer to make sure it was at -777.

Creative Cloud Complete will not Install on my MAC
Everytime I try to install CC which contains Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and many more I get this error.
I have Built CC's from the 2012, 2014, 2015 and the latest 2017. All now give me this error. I have MACOS Sierra 10.12.3.
Going through the message boards, I have renamed the AAMupdater, AAMupdaterInventory and OOBE folders as instructed without any success. I have also deleted the Adobe folders with the Application Folders (Included the hidden one) as last resort.
I have also created a root user to dig deeper into my serious problem, but I don't see a fix.
I don't know if what have included in bold is my problem. I removed the folder when I logged in as root user and even pulled out the folders. It just recreates the folder and I still get the error... just a lot quicker when CC begins the install.
I have successfully installed these CC's on other MACs in my department including my own. This is the first I have not been able to install any versions of CC.

Acrobat has its own msi file. Please go to the APRO15.0 folder as shown below.
For further details see Deploy Adobe Acrobat XI or DC
We normally recommend to use the setup.exe to install Acrobat as this installs Acrobat and any other applications in the package in one step.
