Hi,

 

We have documented this issue here. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/creative-cloud-package-installation-failed -error-message.html

 

To summarise, some Mac applications had outdated certificates.

 

We have updated the certificate for Acrobat and this should be repackaged.

 

Some older applications which are no longer being developed are not being updated and should be omitted from packages. Specifically Lightroom 4, 5 and Scout.

 

We plan to remove these applications from the Creative Cloud Packager.

Hi,

 

If you have a volume license you must use a volume installer. The download is a retail installer.

You can obtain the volume installer from the Licensing Website.

are you using the cc installer from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

 

are you installing in the default (eg, no sandbox/vitual drive/etc) locations?

I'm having the same issue.  Using OS 10.12.3.  I've removed all Adobe software, removed all Adobe items from Application support, preferences, etc.  still not able to install Creative Cloud Packager.  Error A12E3.

Please assist.

I purchase CCE but I do not see any licenses on the adm console.

None of these solutions are working.  I've renamed the OOBE folder, i've renamed the omp.db file, nothing works.  It's literally impossible to install photoshop on a mac.

The minimum system requirement for the XD Windows 10 beta is Windows 10 anniversary edition. Would that explain your issue?

Creative Cloud for Enterprise - from the Admin Console go to the support tab to open a case. Phone and chat options are also available here.

 

Creative Cloud for Teams - from the CCT Admin Console go to the Help tab for chat and phone options.

You may have multiple Admin Consoles. Please ensure that you are choosing the correct one from the menu in the top right hand corner.
