Hello!
Have a 25 device licenses Creative Cloud for Education, and some devices (not all) has a trouble during installation СС.
Fatal error is "The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (190).Stopping the installation process. Product Media (PHSP, 19.1) installation failed ..."
Create an installation package with Photoshop only for testing. Version Photoshop 2015 installing without errors, but latest (2017, CC) versions have the error 190. Demo version of Photoshop do not have this problem, but I cant activate it, because device license don't have an activation key.
System is :
ACPI x64-based PC
Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB
DualCore Intel Celeron G1840T, 2500 MHz (25 x 100)

What problem could be?
P.S. No Project Felix in the installation pack.
Hi,
What applications are included in your package? Just Photoshop?
If you can install the trial version then it is possible to create a license file with Creative Cloud Packager and roll that out.
Adobe Creative Cloud license package
Create packages with Adobe Creative Cloud for education device licenses
Other things to try are rebuilding the package.
In this thread it was reported that updating Windows 10 fixed the issue.
That's the only solution! Not the one which's marked as "answer"!
Hi David,
We deploy CC apps using the Creative Cloud Packager and a serialization payload. We don't include the desktop app on our staff or student computers. How would we resolve this error in that case, please?
Thanks.
Adam
Hi Adam,
Please check this link and follow the instructions - Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged
Also try to download and install CCDA directly from this link - Download Creative Cloud desktop app

Hi,
I was preparing (with SCCM 2012) a package to install and uninstall the Adobe CC suite 2018 and I encountered a problem.
The installation package works correctly, but if I run the uninstall script with the command AdobeCCUninstaller.exe, I get the error message "AdobeCCUninstaller not launched with Admin privileges". How can I solve the problem?
Regards
Hi!
We've created a Creative Cloud package and install it silently. This works just perfect, but when I want to remove it silently, Adobe Preview CC and Adobe CoreSync remain installed. That means I'm not able to remove the Adobe Creative Cloud application. I already tried with the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe, but this also didn't help.
I'm able uninstall both components using the uninstall strings:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\HDCore\Uninstaller.exe" --uninstall=1 --sapCode=COSY --productVersion=2.4.3 --productPlatform=win32 --productAdobeCode={COSY-2.4.3-32-ADBEADBEADBEADBEADBEAD} --productName="CoreSync" --mode=0
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\HDCore\Uninstaller.exe" --uninstall=1 --sapCode=PSTI --productVersion=1.3.2 --productPlatform=win64 --productAdobeCode={PSTI-1.3.2-64-ADBEADBEADBEADBEADBEAD} --productName="Adobe Preview CC" --mode=0
Is there any possibility to remove these two components silently?
Best regards,
Gilbert
I am a assigned user of team license, and has been advised my administrator to download Adobe apps through my Adobe account.
but when I access Adobe Cloud app there is no apps window.
Also, when tried to download apps from other page where single apps are listed, nothing happens, just received a "message apps will install now" but without any result.
Moving this discussion to the Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS forum.
Hi,
You can download apps using the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. However it sounds like the Apps panel has been disabled in your desktop app. This is usually done by the Admin when they build a package for deployment, possibly mistakenly in this case.
To fix this issue please refer to this document: Apps tab missing from the Creative Cloud desktop app
Hi,
Please note the advice in our documentation regarding running Command Prompt as Administrator.
Perform the following steps to run the uninstall package on a user computer.
Open the command prompt with Administrator privileges.
In the command prompt navigate to the directory containing the AdobeCCUninstaller binary and then execute the binary as follows:
If the AdobeCCUninstallerConfig.xml file is in the same directory as the binary, enter the following command:
Windows OS: Enter AdobeCCUninstaller.exe and press Enter
Mac OS: Enter sudo ./AdobeCCUninstaller and press Enter.
If the AdobeCCUninstallerConfig.xml file is in the different directory as the binary, enter the following command:
Windows OS: Enter AdobeCCUninstaller.exe --uninstallConfigPath=<path to AdobeCCUninstallerConfig.xml> and press Enter
Mac OS: Enter sudo ./AdobeCCUninstaller --uninstallConfigPath=<path to AdobeCCUninstallerConfig.xml> and press Enter.
The output in the console, displays the progress and status of each application uninstallation.
After the unistallation is complete, a log file, with name AdobeCCUninstaller.log, is generated in following location:
Hi,
I already knew about this option. But I have to do a silent uninstall with SCCM 2012
Hello there, I am packaging up the new Adobe CC Apps and I am using Powershell Application Toolkit to package up the application. I have everything working Uninstall Older App and Install New, this whole process is working with no issues.
My problem is that when I uninstall any CC app, it does not remove Adobe Creative Cloud Application. I searched the web and found that I can use the Creative Cloud Uninstaller using the -u command.
The issue is that when I run the Creative Cloud Uninstaller.exe -u it is asking user to click the uninstall button.
Is there another switch that I can add to make the uninstaller silent?
Josh
i think we have the same problem as well all of those tutorials including the one stated in this link Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud seems not to work at all. still the error 16 keeps on appearing every time
Recently I've noticed that I'm unable to download updates for my CC apps at work. (It hasn't been an issue thus far):

I've tried the troubleshooting tips on this page with no success:
Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications
Our IT team have said that our firewall settings may have changed recently which could be contributing to the issue.
-Is there a specific port or ports that need to be opened for the updates to work again?
-Or alternatively anything else I can tell our IT team to try?
Thanks,
