Re: Error in login: Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site.

The Licensing Website is the place where organisations can access their Adobe license information, serial numbers and ESD downloads.

Each organisation has contacts attached. Only these named contacts can access LWS.

The usual process would be to ask the existing contact(s) for your organisation to provide you with access to LWS.

For further details see Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts

If you don't know who that is, or if they have left your organisation you should reach out to Adobe support for assistance (details below) - if you have trouble feel free to ping me via a DM here and I can check that for you.

Creative Cloud for Enterprise - from the Admin Console go to the support tab to open a case. Phone and chat options are also available here.

Creative Cloud for Teams - from the CCT Admin Console go to the Help tab for chat and phone options.

Can't install apps or update CC

I am a new user on a Creative Cloud for teams license. I successfully installed the Adobe CC app on my PC (running Windows 10), but nothing happens when I click the "Install Adobe Apps" button. The assets tab tells me there is an update available (even though I only just downloaded CC), but when I allow the update I'm stuck on "Updating Creative Cloud, Please wait...".

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my PC multiple times, and restarted the app plenty of times. The DLM log looks like this every time I initiate an update:

Are there any further steps I can take?

Moving this discussion to the Enterprise Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS forum.

Rlkerr, it is likely the current computer does not have the necessary access to download and install the software included with the Creative Cloud for Team membership.  For information on how you can deploy the Adobe CC applications to this computer see https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/cct_onboarding_guide.pdf .

Thanks. We will give this upgrade a shot once we finish our deliverables. Any idea why it's happening on Enterprise cloud accounts and not personal?

Adobe CC 2018 App Uninstall

$

Hello there everyone, I wanted to ask if I can get the Silent Switch to uninstall Illustrator CC 2018 (Version 22.0.1). I am packaging up these new CC 2018 apps and I am a bit surprised that so far the uninstall process is very mix. Some are simple MSI Product Code and some require asking for help because the uninstall string does not include Silent Switch.

What is the silent switch for Illustrator CC 2018 (Version 22.0.1)?

Uninstall String:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\HDCore\Uninstaller.exe" --uninstall=1 --sapCode=ILST --productVersion=22.0.1 --productPlatform=win64 --productAdobeCode={ILST-22.0.1-64-ADBEADBEADBEADBEADBEA} --productName="Illustrator CC" --mode=0

Thank you for your help in advance

Josh

Someone at adobe was apparently asleep when they built the remoteupdatemanager update for Photoshop 2015.5.2:

(from the install log)

I really don't think trying to move the patched application from temp to /System/Library/Fonts is gonna work.

Clients report errors when downloading CC products from AUSST Server

Hello,

I recently setup an AUSST server per adobe's instructions. The current error I am having is that when I open the creative cloud application on a client and try and download Photoshop CC2018 or any other Creative Cloud product, it fails around 5% with error code 113. BUT when I try and update Adobe CS6 product (Premiere Pro for example), it completes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Mike

Detect license type

For clients that have creative cloud volume license, is there anywhere in the registry (or other location) I could look to programatically determine if the Adobe Creative Cloud installation on a particular computer is using a user based license or is serialized?

I am looking for some techniques that I could use, when doing software inventory in ConfigMgr, to report of where CC apps are installed and which type of license they are consuming - user or serial.

BTW, this is with RUM 2.1.0.11, on High Sierra 10.13.3

I know CC 2015.5 is not current, we are keeping on that version until clients update to 2017.

Adobe Connect version 9

US Army Contract ....located in Bagram Air Base

We have deployed Adobe Connect Version 9.

We need to integrate Adobe Connect Version 9 to the CISCO Video Communications Server (Not the Cisco Call Manager).

Back in 2012 I was able to integrate Version 8  by just registering the ADC to the VCS via a H.323 registration.  it worked two way audio and one way video.

With Version 9 it's asking only to create a SIP Trunk which I did but when I try to dial the conference ID of the VTC conference call via the Telephony POD it will not connect ??  Also is there a diagnostic tool to look at the call routing/call set up from ADC ???

Please advise if you have any other things to look for ... is there a dial pattern that needs to be created in the Adobe connect ??? If so where I can't find it ..

NOTE: On a side note the company WEBSITE makes CISCO"s web site look like a dream.  Why is the Adobe site so complicated to find just about anything.... ???

Thank you

download Photoshop

Hello, we bought 15 licenses of Photoshop, but I'm having a problem with installing them on the PC (we have closed the downloading exe files). 90% of viruses on the Internet are exe files. I also have a problem with the download on 15 PCs 100-500 megabytes to install the program Photoshop. Where can I download the full distribution Photoshop?
