Adobe CC Enterprise Serilizer Deployment
HI All,
I have 20 PCs which i have deployed Adobe CC to,
I have created a serializer to activate them. The serializer works and activated the Adobe Apps but when the PC restarts, due to the configuration at my establishment, the OS refreshes and deletes all created files except predetermined Applications like AdobeCC. (Virtual PSs you find at colleges)
Is there a way to run the Serializer as an administrator at system boot .
Is there any script i can use?
Thanks in Advance!
Re: Adobe CC Enterprise Serilizer Deployment
Hi,
You may find it useful to look at the --stream command used by the Provisioning Toolkit.
Creative Cloud 4.6.1 package from Admin Console
When will it be possible to create a Creative Cloud 4.6.1 package from the Admin Console? When I create a package it installs 4.6.0, not the latest version, 4.6.1. Support told me I need to install 4.6.0 first and then auto-update to 4.6.1. I do not want to enable auto-update and I'd rather install Creative Cloud with an admin package rather than download the public download since we disable several options with the Admin Console package.
Re: Creative Cloud 4.6.1 package from Admin Console
Hi,
The 4.6.1 update for the Creative Cloud Desktop Application is web only and will not be included in Packager. The updates will be included in the 4.7 release of the Creative Cloud Desktop Application which will be released soon.

new admin cannot see correct VIP Portal
I'm in the process of moving a number of users from one VIP to another, so we only have one active. I've set up the admin of the defunct account as an admin on the combined one, however, he cant see it at all. Following the email link just takes him into his old account, and the new account isn't visible to him anywhere. We've run the process the other way, making me an admin of his account, and that worked fine. Any idea what's wrong?
Re: new admin cannot see correct VIP Portal
Hi,
In the top right hand corner is there a drop down where he can choose between admin consoles?
Re: new admin cannot see correct VIP Portal
Thank you, but we've tried that already. We can see the three account portals that he's previously been admin on from his user homepage. Could it be a capacity issue, i.e, you can't admin more than 3?

Re: new admin cannot see correct VIP Portal
Hi,
I am not aware of a limitation such as that.
I would reach out to our support staff and share the Adobe ID that you used to invite him. They can check if he has been added correctly.
XD-This app has been blocked by your System Administrator
Trying to launch XD CC from the Adobe Creative Cloud. Creative Cloud is installed correctly but receive "This app has been blocked by your system administrator." "Contact your system administrator for more info." We are an enterprise that had to block the Windows Store, but I have enabled the Windows Store on another computer and still get this error. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: XD-This app has been blocked by your System Administrator
Moving to the correct community Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS, and looping in alisterblack for help.
Re: XD-This app has been blocked by your System Administrator
Hi,
Please refer to the following document and ensure that all relevant endpoints are open Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints
Check for software like AppLocker which can block specific apps from launching.
- Disable windows SmartScreen using Windows's Defender
- Go to "Windows Defender Security Center" (Click on windows icon and search)
- Go to option "App & Browser Control"
- Mark all options to "Off"
We generally get this kind of error when "local group policy" is set to prevent launch of windows store apps.
Please try following steps -
1. Open "Edit Group Policy" (Either press windows key and search OR Run -> gpedit.msc)
You might need to have admin access here.
2. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components / Store >
3. Select ""Disable all apps from Windows Store" on right pane.
4. If this setting is "Enabled", it would cause the issue being discussed.
Set it to "Disabled" / "Not Configured", and check XD launch.
