The problem is when our inventory software (Snow inventory) tries to inventory Adobe Cerative Cloud as a bundled software it searces and uses the SWID-tag. We wish to have them included as is when we create a Creative Cloud package from the admin portal.

Re: Adobe Stock and Enterprise IDs
Hi Martin,
Yes you can have Stock added on to an ETLA as a separate account. That will then give you the possibility to add users to the Stock profile, so that only those users can access Stock. Your account manager should be able to do that for you.
Here is a bit more information regarding how you can configure this for the Enterprise Admin Console - Enterprise Help | Adobe Stock for enterprise
Re: Adobe Stock and Enterprise IDs
Hi Alisterblack,
thanks for your reply.
If i understand you correctly, you're referring to Adobe Stock for enterprise. And this type of licence is much more expensive than the normal adobe stock for teams ( 159,99 € / Month).
I wand this adobe stock for teams licence and use it with our current adobe enterprise ids without having to switch accounts inside the cc softwares. Is this possible?
Kind regards
Need Help: Adobe ID
Bonjour,
Merci.

Re: Adobe Stock and Enterprise IDs
Hi,
Yes I was referring to Stock for Enterprise which is for larger agreements.
For Teams you can also add Stock however with less granular control.
FAQ | Adobe Stock for Enterprise and Teams
"With Adobe Stock for teams, admins can manage Adobe Stock using the same Admin Console as their Creative Cloud for teams membership. Only one plan is needed per team, but multiple plans may be added to a team if required. All members of the team will be able to use the pooled licenses and each licensed asset can be used by up to ten team members. This pooled licensing feature and the ability to share licensed assets are not available for individual Creative Cloud users."

Unable to sign in to Enterprise account because of "technical difficulties"
Wondering if anyone else has had this problem recently or ever. First of all, the need now of having to sign in daily to my Enterprise account. But immediately, being dead in the water because I get the notice below when signing in. When I hit the "contact support" link, I get a blank screen.
Until I solve this problem, I'm dead in the water. Trying not to be snippy on this urgent Monday morning, but Adobe's strategy seems now to be, "We will give you a great subscription price through your institution, if you'll put up with constant frustration."
Ok, didn't say that. Off to a meeting. Hoping someone might have an idea of how to deal.
Re: Unable to sign in to Enterprise account because of "technical difficulties"
having the same issue at the moment with just a personal account as well

CC Packager creates package but nothing gets installed
Used CCP to create just a base package of Creative Cloud... nothing else. Package gets created and it will install but there are no shortcuts, no programs and features listing, files are missing. A quick compare of this .msi to our previous version .msi and they are almost identical. I tried creating on W7 & W10; tried installing to W7 & W10; used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool; tried 32bit and 64bit. All created packages have the same results.
Any ideas? Or, how to make a licensed installer with the downloaded Creative Cloud (ACCCx4_8_0_421.zip).
Thank you

We are not doing named-user deployments.
here is the steps taken for every CC package we create. please remember that this is the base CC only
1. Accept License
2. Select “Creative Cloud for Enterprise”
3. sign in
4. Click “Create Package”
a. Uncheck “Creative Cloud Desktop Application”,
b. provide a package name,
c. Save To location.
d. Choose 64-bit Package,
5. Click “Package Configurations: Default settings (CHANGE)”.
a. Enable: “Adobe update Manager is disabled (IT manages update distribution)”
b. Disable: “Enable remote update manager deployment”.
c. Click “SAVE” and then “NEXT” to start building your package.
6. Enter Serial Number
7. Click “Next” to continue.
8. Choose “English (North America)”
9. Next
Re: Unable to sign in to Enterprise account because of "technical difficulties"
Nancy,
I don't know what that means, exactly, but when I came back from lunch, I was able to sign in.
So thank you.

Re: Unable to sign in to Enterprise account because of "technical difficulties"
I ended up just uninstalling the CC app, and reinstalling it and everything works fine after.
Re: CC Packager creates package but nothing gets installed
Hi,
What method are you using to deploy?
Does using the setup.exe make a difference? This will deploy everything in the package. Acrobat has its own MSI file which has to be run separately.
Check the log files to see what they say.
