I did look at that link.
Channel ID for CS 6 InDesign is this:
CS6--8.0--osx10--AdobeInDesignCS6-8.0
Which doesn't have any spaces in between so there is no issue.
But the Channel ID for CC 2014 is this:
CC (2014)--10.0--osx10--AdobeInDesignCC2014-10.0
There is a space between 'CC' and '(2014)' so it fails. I attempted to do the following by placing them in a single and double quotation.
sudo RemoteUpdateManager --channelIds="CC (2014)--10.0--osx10--AdobeInDesignCC2014-10.0"
This runs the RUM but it doesn't update the particular product indicated in the channel.

We already have a full creative package, but want to add another instance of photoshop for my daughter to use (as both of ours are already in use daily).
Will she need to set up her own account, or can I just purchase another instance of Photoshop for her to use?

QA and Prod Update Servers
Hello, our company is planning on standing up an Adobe update server to help control how often our users can update their Adobe products. We're new to all this so I was wondering if anyone had setup a QA or Test server to accept the updates and test, then push the updates to a Production server? Can this be easily done, or should we just setup 2 update servers, test on one then release the updates on the other one once we're satisfied with the results?

Camera Raw 9.12.1 plugin silent install
Hi there,
I have a group of end users who have a mixture of Camera Raw 9.12.1, 9.10, 9.8, 9.6, 9.1, and 7.5 that I've seen so far.
These are very busy artists who need to get their Camera Raw plugin updated in the background ie Silent install.
I have tried performing installation of Camera Raw 9.12.1 as a silent install using the option --mode=silent however this does not work.
I really need to work out how to fully automate this process. Further background, we run Photoshop CC on Windows, also running other CS applications like Bridge. We use Puppet to distribute software to individual workstations.
